Born in Spain in 1993, he started to cycle at the age of 9 and quickly became passionate about cycling mechanics and wheel building.

After gaining extensive experience working in professional cycle shops and as head of technical service for premium brands like Enve Composites and PowerTap Saris, he moved to the Netherlands to further develop his expertise with FFWD Wheels.

Driven by a deep passion for quality and craftsmanship, Óscar founded European Wheel Manufacturing — a young, dynamic company focused on high-quality hand-built wheels, technical service, and distribution across Europe.

Today, European Wheel Manufacturing combines traditional wheel building techniques with modern precision tools to create wheels that perform at the highest level — from amateur cyclists to professional UCI teams.
